Welcome. I am Katie, Founder and Director of EP Together. If you choose us for your supervision partner, your supervision will be directly with me.
I am delighted to offer supervision packages for educational psychologists working in all settings and practitioners working on the whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing, including MHST leads and practitioners, senior mental health leads and SENDCos.
I value supervision as a core part of our practice. I aim to provide supervision that is safe, supportive, reflective and nurtures growth, whilst also strengthening accountability and ethical practice.
Proven Supervision Experience Across Education and Health
I have extensive experience of supervising educational psychologists and practitioners across multiple settings. I was a tutor on a post-graduate supervision course at Kings College London for supervisors working in MHSTs. My approach to supervision has been refined through working with brilliant supervisors and supervisees. Their insights and shared learning have contributed to a supervision style that is reflective, supportive and person-centred. I understand the opportunities and challenges of working in a wide range of settings, having had the privilege to supervise within and be part of local authority EP teams, lead incredible NHS based MHSTs and have wide ranging experience across education. My experience is complemented by advanced training, including the REACH© Coaching Conversation Programme at EMCC Foundation Level and postgraduate qualification in Leading Transformation and Change for Children and Young People’s Mental Health & Wellbeing Services.

Packages
We believe that strong relationships are the foundation of effective supervision. That is why we offer a free telephone call – this is an opportunity to meet Katie, share your hopes from supervision and explore whether we’re the right fit for you.
12 hours
This is the package for you if you would like monthly supervision or prefer longer supervision sessions, with a couple of months off for much needed holiday. We can book flexibly across the year so that the supervision best meets your needs.

Flex
£150 per hour
We ask that at least 30 minutes of your first session is dedicated to contracting, so that we can develop a shared understanding about our supervision sessions. If you would like to purchase an additional 30 minutes so that you maintain space for supervision, this can be arranged.
All of our packages can be paid for in one or two blocks, apart from Flex that requires upfront payment for each session.
