We offer one comprehensive educational psychology assessment package, with the option to add on 3 termly reviews. Through applying psychology, we help to improve understanding and provide clear and actionable recommendations to support your child to thrive across:
- Learning and thinking
- Communication, including friendships, relationships and neuro-affirming approaches for autistic children and young people
- Emotional wellbeing, including behaviours that others find challenging and neuro-affirming approaches for ADHD.
We value your child as an individual, providing short age-appropriate reports just for them, if requested.

Educational Psychology Assessment
We offer one comprehensive package and the opportunity to add on 3 review sessions. Our assessments can be helpful if:
A situation feels stuck
You or your child’s education setting would like further help to understand your child’s strengths, differences and how best to support them to achieve their potential
You have recommendations from lots of professionals and you are not sure where to begin
You want private educational psychology advice to submit as evidence for an EHCP needs assessment
This assessment will usually include:
- Observing your child at school
- Individual work with your child at their education setting, including gathering their views and an assessment of their learning
- Consultation with you and a member of teaching staff
- Reviewing any relevant documents from professionals that your child has worked with
- A comprehensive written report, which can cover all areas required in psychological advice for an Education, Health and Care Plan assessment
- A written report for your child, on request
- A 30-minute feedback meeting and one factual revision to the report, if requested

Pricing
For the full educational psychology assessment outlined above, including consultation, observation, assessment, and a comprehensive written report, the full price is £2600.
Travel is charged for journeys to the educational setting that exceed 45 minutes from our educational psychologist’s base. We will always let you know the full cost before we begin.
- 3 reviews, arranged as one per term starting from the term after the assessment is completed.
- A record of involvement following each review that includes key points, progress toward the outcomes we set in the initial assessment and actions.
Three termly reviews enable advice to evolve based on your child’s progress, engagement and any new insights throughout the academic year and into the next. This helps to refine our shared understanding of their strengths, needs and effective approaches to help them achieve their potential, including making adjustments and changes as needed.
This package is based on an Assess, Plan, Do and Review (APDR) cycle. The ADPR cycle is a structured approach to understanding the strengths and needs of a child or young person that is widely used in education and psychology, including in some Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) processes.
